| “Pretty breathtaking, jutting into the skyline of the city like the deck of a space ship with the entrancing glow of the Sky Bar. Its astonishing atmosphere is only a complement to its excellent cuisine... To add to this, the Sirocco bar is also one of Bangkok’s best live jazz venues, featuring international performers…” I want there!!!

| Very engaging reading. It kinda takes you through the canyoning trip in El Yunque, the out of this world diving experience and the unordinary caving tour to discover that actually the mountains of Puerto Rico used the be the seabed. Surprised? All accompanied by the incessant chirping of Coqui's, small frogs that coat Puerto Rico like icing;o) Eeh!

| Drinking rain water and eating raw fish? No thanks. I couldn’t even do it for a day… Two fishermen lost in the Pacific did it for 57 days to survive, after bad weather prevented them from reaching their destination in an outboard motor. Unbelievable: none of the other fishermen who noticed them came to their aid! See what happened eventually.

| What’s the worst occurrence while on an island? Dealing with cold or rainy weather? Getting out of money? Think twice! How about having bikinis outlawed, with a 6-month prison sentence for offenders? I’d say that’s tough… And also, there’s little or no alcohol available in The Perhentian Islands. So what’s left to do? DIVING! Read more…

| Silver pencil shapes, sleek, present, silent, motionless and suspended… and large unblinking eyes watch. There they were, about 10 feet from me… the school of 46. We watched each other. A gentle drift brought them closer… fairly unnerving. As I read it, I felt the tension rise inside. Poetic, but chilling.

| If you’ve never traveled in an African airplane, don’t be surprised if suddenly, without warning, there is a giant mountain passing next to your window a half mile away. Also, don’t be very mad if the plane takes off 30 minutes early. I’ve been to Kenya so I know all these, but I still found this article awesome and useful! See it yourself!

| When reading this article, I could picture every place visited and described by the author: the Jewish Warsaw, with its university and Church, the cemetery, the Royal Castle; and the taste of the great Polish food mentioned in the travelogue – I could almost feel it myself. I can now say I’ve been to Poland! How about trying it yourself?

| I never thought about an American’s perspective on Cairo, Egypt. I found it interesting, after reading this article: everything from food to taxi cabs seemed “incredibly inexpensive”, the people were friendly and the attractions – sometimes “odd”. Watch a lot of pictures and enjoy the experience of three Americans in the capital of belly dancing.

| Reading this I got a pretty good picture of what Paris is like. Concise, descriptive, non-biased and with a shade of humor, this article gives you enough details on the particularity of the city from an American’s impressions. Now, if I happen to be there, I know what to expect.
