| Regular use of the nutty stimulant, the betel nut, stains the mouth, tongue, gums and teeth a deep red color. Excessive use causes inebriation and dizziness. Long term use damages the teeth and soft tissue of the mouth. The nut also produces excess saliva and tears!

| Malaga is very typical of many Southern cities of Spain! Built for tourism it has an endless stream of hotels, guest houses and apartments but in the winter months the emphasis lies on the Spanish - the Brits and the Germans notably absent until the summer months creep back in again!

| It is interesting to see a perspective of a British man on a former Soviet Union country like Georgia. The difference is great of course, there are many things that need to be changed in the economic and political sectors but still it is a great country which is improving constantly.

Incredible but real, one of the wonders of the world is here in Vatican City, a great masterpiece which is a must to see if you are around.
