Submitted by Anonymous on 2007-07-24 01:54:09 (via coconuter.blogspot.com)
Before my accident, we were able to go exploring again in northern Zambales. This time, we roamed through the outskirts of San Felipe, the fourth and northernmost San of the consecutive "Four Sans" (San Felipe, San Narciso, San Antonio, San Marcelino). Within the depths of the jungle we hoped to find the little known Anghalo Falls.

Vacation in Nepal
Submitted by ManjaB on 2010-06-30 09:07:29 (via www.off-the-beaten-track.net)
Nepal is more than the white peaks of the Himalayas. Chitwan National Park has a subtropical climate and is perfect for a safari on elephant back. Pokhara, starting point for trekking in the Annapurna region, has plenty sports options for an active vacation. In the Kathmandu Valley are the imperial cities of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur.

A trip without luggage, literally, from breathtaking temples overrun by tourists to the desolate vastness of the desert. Apparently, it's possible to freeze your butt off on the Nile.

I have seen some odd things. More relevantly, I’ve taken pictures of some odd things. Perhaps even more relevantly, I’ve paired those pictures with words I’ve written about odd things. That’s more back story than you need to know for this site, honestly.   More...

Sagrada Familia Caves
Submitted by Anonymous on 2007-07-14 22:09:26 (via coconuter.blogspot.com)
Climbing a long set of stairs that ascends up a mountain in the outskirts of Zambales Philippines takes one to a series of caves collectively known as the Sagrada Familia Caves. It is a tourist spot for avid spelunkers and a popular local attraction especially on Holy Day when many nearby residents climb up to the caves as a form of penitence.
