| Before we arrived in south west France, I’d done quite a bit of reading about the area’s history and knew the basics of the Cathar story. Carcassonne, Minerve, Beziers and Queribus Castle were all regularly mentioned, but until we got to Languedoc, I hadn’t heard about Lastours.
