| A very strange announcement on the local radio: "Greek Cypriots lay down your arms or Turkish MIG jets will bomb Nicosia". You would think somebody is pulling a joke. Aha! Not the case. Suddenly, there was a tremendous noise as a jet fighter roared overhead only 100 meters above the ground… Are you scared yet? Still an awsome place to visit.

| “How are you? Do you speak English?” I thought this is a great article in describing what it would be like to go on a trip to Iran. It gives you a good idea of what is there, the hospitality of people, places to visit, troubles to expect, do’s and don’ts, places to stay, transportation, etc.

| I’ve heard Istanbul is a very beautiful city to visit, but didn’t have a chance yet. The Topkapi palace with its large collection of Chinese ceramics, a sacred relics area, a Treasury, the Harem, an armory and a garden with a view of the Sea of Marmara is one of the wonderful things.
