| Moldova is not only excellent wines and good food! What makes Moldova, the Europe's most hidden country, the perfect travel destination in Eastern Europe, is its people. Chisinau, its capital, is a surprisingly clean city and has recently been renovated in the downtown area. One could even say it’s become posh. Pretty nice article!

| Why in the world would you visit a former CIS country like Moldova? Tourists are complaining about difficulty of finding a working ATM, minibuses, and so on... So what is so appealing about this small country after all?

| The "country-ghost", officially recognized only by Russia, Transnistria (Pridnestrovskaya Moldavskaya Republika) has a population of 550.000 people and it’s a big mystery for most of us, because it has no formal relations with any other country, but only with other states self-declared such as South Ossetia or Abkhazia.
