Bahamas Remembered
Submitted by christine on 2007-04-27 08:35:36 (via www.sailingsingles.org)
Classic vacation, is it possible? No, I believe, every vacation is a special one. Entering Little Harbor at high tide, drinking a blaster at Pete's Pub, eating mango-glazed grouper, and leaving at high tide 25 hours later, sounds quite relaxing and wonderfully attractive.

Submitted by christine on 2007-04-20 08:26:25 (via www.anands.net)
“How do I put it in words? The hundreds of waterfalls one sees driving through to Seward? The countless streams and rivers and lakes one sees when traveling to Denali? The lush green meadows? The snow capped mountains? The magnificent glaciers?” It’s indeed difficult to find the right words for this beauty, but the pictures are the best evidence.   More...

For those preoccupied with little white balls, Madison is nice place to be. Even for the rest there are plenty of other ways to keep busy, especially a trip to Baraboo, where you can observe the development of a baby stork, for example, like this lady did.   More...

President Theodore Roosevelt called the Apache Trail "one of the most spectacular best-worth-seeing sights of the world". And indeed the landscape is so dramatically picturesque that no matter where you focus your camera, you will get a postcard of the region.

Submitted by pablo on 2007-04-13 01:48:12 (via www.southernnewmexico.com)
My travels showed me three important things about New Mexico: the extraordinary beauty of the land, the friendliness and hospitality of the people, and the incredible magnetism it can have for your soul.
