Meet Daouda Mbengue, one the most respected men in the village of Sindou in Senegal, West Africa. When an untrained volunteer arrived from the U.S., he looked beyond her poor language skills, her unskilled hands, and her queasy stomach. He saw that her heart wanted to help, and he made it possible.
