Parting the Red (and white) Sea... Running with the Bulls in Pamplona
Submitted by withoutarope on 2007-07-09 04:43:20 (via www.withoutarope.com)
We all slept through our alarms and finally woke just in time to race down the stairs and straight onto the first bus of the morning with Nathan shirtless and still pulling his shoes on to his feet. We were heading to the square in front of the town hall. We were going to join in the Encierro, the Running of the Bulls.   More...

The Naked Truth
Submitted by Adele on 2007-04-13 08:11:54 (via www.wherescherie.com)
“Fuerteventura is an island where if you were accused of being a witch, the town-folk would bind you to a steak on the mountain top to scorch in the sun for 5 days without food or water. If you survived, you were burned--certainly you must be a witch. If you were dead, it was a pity...someone must have made an error.” This is fun to read.

Barcelona Blues
Submitted by Amber on 2007-04-12 06:29:21 (via www.adventureprone.com)
Never thought Spain has so many incredible places to see: tucked away high amongst a series of long, finger-like spires of rock sat the Benedictine Monastery of Montserrat; then, there is Salvador Dali's Teatre Museu in Figueres oddly decorated with giant eggs. Land of Flamenco
Submitted by Adele on 2006-12-29 03:19:21 (via www.ericandjoan.com)
